The most common cause of infertility is issues with ovulation. However, a male factor infertility such as a low number or abnormal function of sperm, accounts for 45% of couples who are not conceiving naturally. For a smaller percentage of couples trying to conceive, all tests will be normal and they will have what is known as “unexplained” infertility. The great news is there are management options for almost all causes of infertility.
